Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

1. Takes charge of secretarial and administration work in the Engineering department that include:

· Updates, maintains and prepares of reports, letters, memorandums and forms

· Writes minutes of meeting for Department meetings

· Prepares and updates Duty Roster

· Submission of relevant vacation, sick leave form and other claims of Engineering staff to HR department

2. Initiates requisition to maintain an adequate stock of Office and Engineering supplies for the department.

3. Informs & updates Superior of hotel events, happening, and other relevant matters.

4. Answers phone calls and coordinate replies and acts as department receptionist.

5. Undertakes other duties as and when requested by Supervisor and Hotel Management.

 

Requirements

1. Minimum GCE “O” level and above.

2. At least 2 years’ experience in relevant field.

3. Computer literate, preferably with knowledge in SAP system.

4. Proficient in Microsoft office / excel.

5. Mature, independent individual who requires minimum supervision at work.

6. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

7. Be willing to learn, proactive, meticulous and organized.

8. Ability to multi-task, positive attitude and team player.
