SENIOR LOGISTICS OFFICER (INVENTORY MANAGEMENT) (SINGAPORE)

Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and guidance to a team of Logistics Officers.
- Manage duty roster for logistics officers
- Monitor and ensure that receiving and issuance of supplies and equipment are completed in SAP and recorded accurately.
- Ensure internal requests for supplies and logistics support are handled promptly in a coordinated manner.
- Ensure that inventory level is kept at optimal level with timely update.
- Housekeep and organise store area.
- Distributing of taxi vouchers (Cab-charge) to respective business units.
- Any other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum ‘N’ or ‘O’ level qualification
- 2 – 3 years of inventory management experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- Basic physical fitness required due to job nature
- Computer literate with basic knowledge of MS Excel and SAP
- Candidates possessing Class 3 driving license will be a plus
