Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision and guidance to a team of Logistics Officers.
  • Manage duty roster for logistics officers
  • Monitor and ensure that receiving and issuance of supplies and equipment are completed in SAP and recorded accurately.
  • Ensure internal requests for supplies and logistics support are handled promptly in a coordinated manner.
  • Ensure that inventory level is kept at optimal level with timely update.
  • Housekeep and organise store area.
  • Distributing of taxi vouchers (Cab-charge) to respective business units.
  • Any other tasks as assigned.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum ‘N’ or ‘O’ level qualification
  • 2 – 3 years of inventory management experience, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Basic physical fitness required due to job nature
  • Computer literate with basic knowledge of MS Excel and SAP
  • Candidates possessing Class 3 driving license will be a plus
