Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Admin cum Marketing professional. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting administrative tasks while also assisting with marketing activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, along with a strong ability to manage time effectively. Additionally, proficiency in computer skills, critical thinking, graphic design, sales & marketing, presentation skills, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing is required.
Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
– Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
– Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
– Create visually appealing graphics and designs for marketing materials
– Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support sales initiatives
– Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders
– Utilize digital marketing techniques to increase brand visibility and reach
– Maintain and update the company's website and social media platforms
– Support the team in organizing and executing events and promotional activities
– Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness
Requirements:
– Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
– Proven experience in a similar role, preferably 1-3 years
– Strong teamwork and communication skills
– Excellent time management and organizational abilities
– Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
– Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
– Graphic design experience is a plus
– Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
– Familiarity with digital marketing techniques and platforms
– Ability to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
