Roles & Responsibilities
The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are listed as, but not limited to the following:
- To plan and manage the day to day operations of the Laundry and Uniform room
- Follow systems and procedures to control and coordinate all activities in the laundry department.
- To ensure all linen and garments are washed as per standard specified.
- To wash, press or dryclean as per duty assigned
- To ensure all laundry supplies and materials stock levels are maintained
- To maintain quality of clothes laundered and ensure established formulas are being adhered to.
- To be completely familiarize with policies and procedures set forth by the hotel
- To report any defects in machine or garments found
- To ensure daily operations of the laundry is carried out as per the procedures set.
- To carry out any other duties assigned by the management.
