Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an IT Officer to assists the Manager in ensuring the smooth functioning of the Information Technology Department.
- Assists in establishing hardware maintenance programs and procedures in case of system interruptions.
- Assists in ensuring security of data storage and protection.
- Oversees maintenance and handling of equipment used.
- Ensures timely reporting of malfunction or maintenance deficiencies to appropriate area.
- Provides End Users with training and support.
- Prepare updated training materials
- Conducts employee training & schedules periodic review of department duties.
- Perform other duties as may be required by management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Science / Diploma in Computer Engineering or related fields
- 1-2 years working experience in a similar capacity in a hotel environment
- Displays initiative
- Customer oriented / created
- Acute attention to details
