The F&B Promotions Executive primary responsibility is to develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote food and beverage offerings for Shangri-La Singapore. You will work closely with the marketing team and collaborate with various departments to drive customer engagement, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Promotional Strategies:
- Identify target market segments and create compelling promotions to attract customers.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitors' offerings.
- Develop innovative ideas for promotions, special events, seasonal menus, and limited-time offers.
Plan and Execute Promotional Campaigns:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, social media, print media, and in-house promotions.
- Create enticing visuals, promotional materials, and menu displays to communicate offers effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of promotional campaigns, making adjustments as necessary.
Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams:
- Work closely with the culinary team to develop new food and beverage concepts that align with promotional objectives.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of promotions and maintain service quality.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop partnerships and promotions targeting corporate clients, group bookings, or event catering.
- Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Engage with customers, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including corporate clients, event planners, and local community organizations.
- Plan and organize customer engagement activities, such as tastings, food festivals, or cooking workshops.
Sales Monitoring and Analysis:
- Track sales data, analyze performance, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of promotions.
- Utilize customer insights and data analytics to identify areas for growth and make informed decisions.
- Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities.
