If so, we have a fantastic career opportunity for you! We are currently hiring a Sales Coordinator to join our dedicated team at Shangri-La Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Produces required reports for the management of goal setting, incentive plans, budget and audits to facilitate and support the sales teams in order for them to achieve their established goals.
- Responsible for the production of all reports ensuring that, where possible, these are fully automated or require minimal manual intervention.
- Assist with the preparation of all training for the department.
- Assist with the collection and reporting of market and competitive data as necessary.
- Assist with the implementation of standard operating procedures and associated training to improve automation and process efficiencies.
- Works closely with the Shangri-La Singapore sales teams in order to assist with the achievement of overall sales targets for the hotels.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
