Resposibilities
IT Projects Implementation
– Assist in software testing and project implementation, system administration and support the day-to-day systems operation within the Association, including supporting ERP system, PMS system, IT infrastructure and networks
– Collaborate in setting up the machine, configurating software
– Performing UAT/SIT, software user training for end-user
– Document IT projects comprehensively, outlining processes, configurations, and outcomes
– Conduct system reviews to assess requirements, troubleshoot issues and gather insights for improvement
IT Service Support
– Provide remote helpdesk and onsite support services for end-users, addressing their technical needs promptly and professionally
– Assist in onboarding/exiting users and maintain up-to-date users access record in all IT systems.
IT Tasks and Ad-hoc Duties
– Maintain accountability and accuracy of all IT assets inventory
– Undertake various IT-related tasks as required to support onsite staff effectively
– Respond to IT ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor, demonstrating adaptability and versatility
Requirements
Minimum of a Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent field
– A min of 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar position
– Mandatory experience in software application support, with exposure to systems like Charity management, PMS, POS, ERP, etc
– Familiarity with basic IT infrastructure, server setup and network troubleshooting
– Effective communication skills to liaise with team members, end–user and vendors
– Proficiency in escalating technical and user enquires clearly a to technical teams and superiors
