PROCESS OPERATOR / TECHNICIAN

The Process Operator is responsible for operating equipment and ensuring high-quality production in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

The Process Operator is responsible for producing high-quality products that meet customer requirements while adhering to established operational standards, procedures, and competitive lead times.
This role ensures efficient and accurate production processes to maintain quality, safety, and productivity in alignment with company goals.
Job Responsibilities
Operate various equipment and instruments safely and with little supervision. Equipment may include, but not be limited to milling machine, blenders, shakers, grinders, PLC, dryers, water systems, pumps, chemical feed systems, forklifts, hand trucks, vacuum lifter, etc.
Adhere to safety and quality protocols including, but not limited to wearing helmets, safety glasses, covering and protecting exposed materials.
Perform compounding of raw material and packing of finished goods strictly in compliance with GMP and SOP and to perform the control points in all manufacturing processes.
Accomplish batches according to planned schedule.
Stop operation and report immediately if abnormal situation is found.
Keep the environment clean and tidy.
Accomplish other related work assigned by the shift supervisor.
Comply with company health, safety and environmental policies.
Ensuring all processes are compliant with ISO procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Support the implementation of lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects within the department and company.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Measurement
No fail batch.
No justified complain batch from A, B & C customer.
No lost time on safety.
Job Requirements
Must Have: High School or equivalent with minimum 3 years working experience, a diploma in Engineering, Sciences or related fields is a plus.
Able to understand comprehend written instructions and procedures.
Must possess the physical ability to lift up to 25kg, push/pull up to 50kg.
Forklift driver license required for the workers who need to operate the work lift.
Good attitude and willing to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good to Have
Experience in pharmaceutical plants is a plus.
Experience in food manufacturing

Operations and Employee Benefit
Working hour: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), 8.30am – 5.30pm.
