An HR Recruiter for blue-collar positions responsible for end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, and onsite onboarding in manufacturing environments.

Job Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions, mainly manufacturing operators.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and other channels.
Arrange interviews, medical check-ups and onboarding.
Travel to client sites in Skudai/Senai/Kulai for onsite recruitment and onboarding.
Follow up with candidates/workers and ensure smooth deployment.
Maintain recruitment records and achieve recruitment targets.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in Recruitment / HR.
Degree/Diploma in HR, Psychology, Business or related field preferred.
Experience in blue-collar/manufacturing recruitment is an advantage.
Must be mobile and willing to travel onsite.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Possess own transport and valid driving licence is preferred.
