A retail sales assistant role focused on providing excellent customer service, assisting with store operations, and supporting sales performance in a shopping mall environment.

Basic Salary: RM2,300 – RM2,500/month
Commission: Group Sales Commission
Overtime: Average 1–2 hours/day
Training: In-house product, fitting & styling training provided
Working Hours
Shift 1: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Shift 2: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
1-hour break
6 working days per week (rotational)
1 weekday off per week
Weekend & Public Holiday work is required
Retail working hours in a shopping mall environment
Job Responsibilities
Assist with daily retail shop operations.
Attend to customers and respond to enquiries professionally.
Provide personalised fitting and style advice to customers.
Maintain a high standard of customer service.
Assist with regular stock-taking and inventory checking.
Support the team in achieving overall store sales performance.
Attend product and service training provided by the company.
Candidate Requirements
Female candidates preferred
Age 24 years old and above preferred
1–2 years of experience in retail, preferably fashion retail
Friendly, confident and comfortable communicating with customers
Passionate about providing excellent and personalised customer service
Good communication skills
Language: English & Bahasa Malaysia
Mandarin is an added advantage
Willing to work according to retail shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays
Mature, responsible and committed to the job
