Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Assistant to join our team in Kota Damansara. The successful candidate will support daily accounting and financial operations, with a focus on invoicing, payment verification, commission processing, reconciliation, and financial administration. The ideal candidate should be organised, numerically confident, and able to ensure transactions and records are processed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end invoicing, including preparation, issuance, submission and payment processing.
Verify payment status and supporting documents before processing.
Perform commission, invoice and payment reconciliation.
Calculate and verify agent and overriding commissions.
Process branch and intercompany invoices and transactions.
Monitor company and branch commission allocations.
Identify and resolve billing, payment and commission discrepancies.
Monitor outstanding transactions and ensure timely follow-up.
Coordinate with internal departments, branches and agents on billing and commission matters.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on invoicing, payments, commissions and outstanding cases.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Perform other ad hoc accounting, administrative and operational duties as assigned by the HOD.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, billing, invoicing, finance or commission processing.
Good knowledge of invoicing, reconciliation and payment processing.
Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Xero experience will be an added advantage.
Experience in the property / real estate or commission-based industry is an advantage.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
