Glob Pro BrainHunters Sdn Bhd is seeking motivated, customer-focused, and responsible individuals to join our team as Customer Experience Executives supporting the Australian market. The successful candidates will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, providing assistance with orders and deliveries, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires effective communication, patience, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. As the position supports Australian customers, candidates must be comfortable communicating in English and working according to the assigned shift schedule. Candidates must be available to commence employment on 26 October 2026
Skills
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through inbound and outbound telephone calls, email, and other designated communication channels
Provide accurate and helpful information regarding orders, products, deliveries, services and company policies
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions in a professional and courteous manner
Communicate cleary with Australian customers and maintain a positive customer service experience
Follow up on unresloved enquiries to ensure that customers receive timely assistance
Key Requirements
SPM or Diploma holders: At least one year of relevant working experience is prefered
Degree holders: Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
Basic computer literacy and ability to learn customer service systems
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Exprience in customer service, call centers, contact centers, retail, hospitality, or customer support is an advantage
Working Arrangement
Work Schedule: 5.5 Working days per week
Weekly rest day: One day off per week, according to the assigned schedule
Shift options: 5 AM and 6AM shifts, subject to operational requirements
Work location: As specified by the company
Salary and Benefits
Basic salary: RM 3400 per month
Shift allowance: RM 20 TO RM 25 per eligible day, subject to company policy and assigned shift
KPI allowance: Subject to the applicable performance criteria and company policies
Estimated total monthly earnings: Approximately RM 4300, depending on allowances earned and KPI performance
