We are looking for SMT Technician to supports SMT line operations by operating, setting up, troubleshooting, and maintaining SMT machinery to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.

Support daily Surface Mount Technology (SMT) line operations.
Operate, set up, and troubleshoot SMT machines and related equipment.
Perform machine maintenance and line changeovers.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet production goals.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor SMT production equipment including Stencil Printers, Pick & Place machines, Reflow Ovens, SPI, and AOI.
Perform routine machine checks and seamless line changeovers.
Execute basic troubleshooting and conduct preventive maintenance.
Monitor machine performance and line output to meet quality standards.
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve technical issues and optimize efficiency.
Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
2-3 years hands-on experience in SMT or electronics manufacturing preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant backgrounds encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding or experience with SMT machinery, reflow ovens, stencil printers, and inspection equipment (SPI/AOI).
Willing to work shifts and perform overtime as required.
