Job Description
We are looking for SMT Coating Technician / Operator to operates and monitors PCB conformal coating equipment, conducts quality checks, and ensures production processes adhere to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor PCB conformal coating equipment, including masking/unmasking, loading/unloading printed circuit boards, and managing the curing/drying workflow.
Inspect coating coverage, thickness, and overall physical appearance against engineering standards. Perform basic troubleshooting for line process issues.
Safely handle production materials and chemicals according to safety guidelines. Maintain machines, tools, and the workstation in a clean and compliant condition.
Accurately record daily output, inspection results, and defect metrics to support cross-functional quality improvement efforts.
Requirements
Education: Certificate or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline.
Experience: At least 2-3 years hands-on experience in PCB conformal coating or general electronics manufacturing is preferred.
Technical & Operational Skills: Solid understanding of quality standards, clear ability to read and follow detailed Work Instructions (WI), and knowledge of chemical safety practices.
Work Arrangement: Willing and able to work shift patterns and perform overtime as dictated by production demand.
