Job Description
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in computer repair and IT technical support. - Knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting and repair. - Able to replace computer components such as RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboards, keyboards and other hardware. - Experience in installing and configuring Windows operating systems, drivers and software. - Basic knowledge of networking, printers and related IT equipment. - Able to diagnose hardware and software problems and provide effective solutions. - Responsible, punctual, hardworking and willing to learn. - Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. - Must be willing to work at Saujana Impian, Kajang. - Candidates from Kajang, Bangi or Semenyih are preferred. - Knowledge of WordPress and website maintenance will be an added advantage.
