Job Description
Saivision Property Management Services Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a skilled, responsible, and hands-on Property Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and repair operations of its managed properties across Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out routine inspections, troubleshooting technical issues, performing maintenance and repair work, and ensuring that building facilities and equipment are functioning properly. This is a multi-site position that requires the candidate to travel between different branches and managed properties across Kuala Lumpur to attend to maintenance requests and perform scheduled maintenance work. The ideal candidate should have practical technical knowledge, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with the Building Manager and other maintenance personnel.

Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and repair work at assigned properties.
Carry out basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general building maintenance tasks.
Travel between different managed properties and branches across Kuala Lumpur to carry out maintenance tasks.
Attend to maintenance requests and technical complaints from various properties.
Inspect and perform basic repairs on lighting, switches, sockets, and electrical fixtures.
Attend to minor plumbing issues, including leaking pipes, taps, and water supply problems.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential equipment failures and building defects.
Carry out preventive maintenance to reduce equipment breakdowns and operational disruptions.
Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialised maintenance work.
Respond to urgent maintenance requests and building-related emergencies when assigned.
Key Requirements
Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Maintenance, Facilities Management, or a related technical field.
Previous experience in building maintenance, property maintenance, or technical repair work is preferred.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general maintenance works.
Able to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
Willing and able to travel between multiple managed properties across Kuala Lumpur.
Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently.
Able to respond to urgent maintenance requirements when necessary.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
