Job Description
Saivision Property Management Services Sdn. Bhd. is looking for an experienced, responsible, and proactive Building Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of its assigned properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising building operations, coordinating maintenance activities, managing contractors and service providers, handling resident enquiries, and ensuring that all managed properties are maintained in good condition. This is a multi-site position that requires the candidate to travel between different properties and branches, including locations in Kuala Lumpur, Puchong, Kota Kemuning, and other assigned areas. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with relevant experience in property or building management.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations and overall management of assigned properties.
Ensure that buildings, facilities, and common areas are properly maintained.
Travel between multiple managed properties across Kuala Lumpur, Puchong, Kota Kemuning, and other assigned locations.
Monitor the performance and operational conditions of each assigned property.
Supervise routine maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance activities.
Ensure building facilities, equipment, and essential services are functioning properly.
Coordinate and supervise external contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
Obtain and review quotations for maintenance and repair works when required.
Handle enquiries, feedback, and complaints from residents, tenants, and property owners.
Supervise and coordinate building personnel, technicians, security, and cleaning teams where applicable.
Ensure properties are maintained in accordance with relevant safety requirements and building regulations.
Monitor fire safety equipment, emergency systems, and other essential building facilities.
Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, Building Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Relevant working experience in property management, building management, or facilities management is preferred.
Experience managing residential or commercial properties is an advantage.
Good knowledge of building maintenance, facilities operations, and property management procedures.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Able to manage multiple properties and coordinate different teams.
Willing and able to travel between assigned sites, including Kuala Lumpur, Puchong, Kota Kemuning, and other locations.
Strong organisational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
