Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify physical conditions, movement limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans based on patients' conditions and treatment goals.
Provide appropriate physiotherapy treatments, therapeutic exercises, and rehabilitation techniques.
Assist patients with recovery from injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, and mobility-related difficulties.
Monitor and evaluate patients' progress throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Educate patients on proper exercise techniques, posture correction, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
Maintain accurate patient records, assessment reports, and treatment documentation.
Communicate effectively with patients regarding their conditions, treatment progress, and rehabilitation plans.
Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy or an equivalent recognized qualification.
Must be registered with the relevant professional board, as required for the position.(e.g. MHSB)
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about patient care, rehabilitation, and healthcare services.
Patient, responsible, compassionate, and professional when dealing with patients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong willingness to learn and develop clinical skills.
Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
