Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to support daily warehouse and logistics operations.
The successful candidate will be involved in inventory management, material handling, warehouse coordination, and logistics documentation to ensure smooth operational flow and timely delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and distribution of raw materials and finished goods.
Ensure inventory records are accurate and updated promptly.
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory planning to support operational requirements.
Conduct stock counting and inventory checks when required.
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure timely deliveries.
Communicate material requirements, production schedules, and logistics information with relevant departments.
Support import and export activities while ensuring compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and maintain shipping, logistics, and compliance-related documentation.
Ensure warehouse operations comply with company policies and safety requirements.
Support 5S initiatives to maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace.
Maintain warehouse tools, equipment, and facilities in good working condition.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Diploma, Certificate, SPM, or equivalent qualification.
Candidates with qualifications below Diploma level are encouraged to apply.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, or material handling will be an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Positive working attitude with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
