Job Summary

The Material Handler is responsible for managing the movement of materials and inventory within the manufacturing facility.

This role ensures the smooth flow of raw materials and finished goods, maintains inventory accuracy, and supports production operations to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the movement of materials, components, and finished goods within the production and warehouse areas.

Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and stock.

Perform stock issuance and material distribution to production lines.

Ensure proper storage, organization, and housekeeping of inventory.

Maintain accurate inventory records and update transactions in the system provided.

Conduct stock checks and support inventory control activities.

Assist production operations when required.

Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures at all times.

Salary & Allowances

Basic Salary: RM1,700 – RM1,900

Day Shift Allowance: RM7 per day

Night Shift Allowance: RM12 per day

Transport Allowance: RM5 per day

Working Hours

Permanent Shift

Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Work Pattern: 3-2-2-3 Rotation

3 days work, 2 days off, 2 days work, 3 days off

Approximately 16–18 working days per month, depending on the calendar month

12 working hours per shift

Overtime

No overtime on normal working days.

Overtime may be required on rest days based on operational needs.

Overtime payment will be in accordance with the Employment Act and company policy.

Requirements

Minimum SPM, SKM Certificate, or equivalent qualification.

Possess own transportation.

Able to work permanent day or night shifts.

Willing to work overtime when required.

Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse, storekeeping, logistics, or material handling is an added advantage.
