Skills
Job Requirements
Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant working experience.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Possess basic IT support and application knowledge.
Able to maintain and manage proper documentation accurately.
Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
Provide basic IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and applications.
Assist users with IT-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain and update IT documentation, records, and reports.
Support daily IT operations and system administration activities.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors when required.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
