We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Buyer / Taskforce Support to join our Electronics Procurement team.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or junior professionals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in supply chain and procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Electronics Procurement Taskforce with daily operational activities.
Collect, organize, and maintain procurement and supply chain data.
Prepare and update reports using Microsoft Excel and SAP.
Maintain tracking lists and ensure procurement records are accurate and up to date.
Perform basic data analysis to support decision-making.
Follow up with suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and documentation.
Assist in monitoring material availability and supply chain performance.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement operations.
Support ad-hoc procurement and administrative tasks as assigned by the team.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of procurement or supply chain processes is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas).
Experience or exposure to SAP is an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
