ASSEMBLY OPERATOR ( SINGAPORE )
Responsibilities
1. Execute a variety of mechanical assembly tasks to support production projects, involving the assembly of complex wire harnesses and cables.
2. Follow instructions from drawings, pick tickets, and process documentation to assemble, modify, and rework production components.
3. Utilize a range of basic hand tools and machines such as screwdrivers, soldering irons, crimpers, and wiring
4. Ensure cleanliness of parts before use and adhere to basic color code sequences for wire identification.
5. Contribute to first-time production runs of new products and assist in inventory handling and cycle count activities.
6. Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, maintain positive working relationships with team members, and meet daily production output and quality targets.
Requirements
1. Minimum requirement: GCE "O" Level certification.
2. At least 1 year of relevant work experience is required.
3. Basic proficiency in using hand tools is essential.
4. Assist in constructing equipment racks, requiring physical endurance.
5.Work location: Singapore (Taiseng)
